Requirement
Our bespoke service allows us to produce contract-grade furniture to the exact requirements of our clients. When the team at Dicky's inquired about our design service, we were able to offer an extensive range of options to choose from, including seating construction, seating styles and customizable options.
Dicky's wanted banquette seating that would not only be stylish, but functional too. Our in-house designers got to work and came up with a seating arrangement that would accommodate Dicky's customers, but also be visually enticing. The seating design needed to tie in with the rest of the venue's vibrant interior to create a unique space like no other.
What we did
We produced an assortment of bespoke banquette seating, in different layouts and styles – all tailored to fit the venue seamlessly. This featured some stunning diner booth style seating finished in our elegant ‘Fluted Back’ design, upholstered in a luxurious yellow softcover called ‘Nubuck Daffy’ from Sunbury Design.
We also produced some ‘Fluted Back’ banquette units in a back-to-back seating layout, also upholstered with a softcover from Sunbury Design, but this time in a striking red colour for contrast.
Finally, we produced some straight runs of bespoke banquette seating in the timeless ‘Deep Button Back’ seating style – but with a twist! These were upholstered in the yellow softcover used on the booth seating, to tie the whole design together. We love the contrast between a traditional seating style, and contemporary fabric!
The design was complete with polished plinths in a dark oak finish, and we also prepared some cut-outs for plug sockets. Electrical plug sockets are a popular feature in our seating designs. Not only are they an added convenience for customers who may need to recharge their phones, but for cleaners who need a convenient access point to power their equipment too.
Result
The result truly is stunning. Their use of unique design features and elegant interior style really compliment the choices made for seating – setting a mood which perfectly ties in with the dining experience. We love the creativity behind opting for different seating styles and coverings across different parts of the venue, yet still maintaining a cohesive style throughout. This vibrant location is a must see for those based both near and far, and we look forward to visiting again in the future.
